I was a little skeptical about doing a cake like this - I like my cake clean and elegant and I have never sculpt or whatever you wanna call it so I was relieved that it turned out alright. And the most important thing is, she loves the cake and I hope her grandson does too!

For my birthday, I thought I will try out 1 of the recipe in this cupcake book which my dearest husband gave me for Christmas. And then I cut out some fondant snowflakes and put around the cupcakes for decor.
