Hi! My name is Pauline and I live in Dunnville, ON. I love craft and baking...I fell head over heels for cake decorating recently, and lo and behold, it seems to be the perfect hobby someone can wish for.I took a few cake decorating courses so I am now a certified Wilton cake decorator.
I consider myself a hobbyist..and no, I am not out to make millions by doing cakes. I just love seeing the reaction of my family and friends when they see the cake. The cakes I usually bake are vanilla, chocolate, lemon and strawberry...but I like trying out new recipes - Red Velvet is next on my list! I then ice my cake with buttercream or ganache (yummy) or cover it with fondant.
