Well, I don't think the only time we can have cake is when there is a special occasion. So since summer is approaching, I think I will make something light. Is a 7.5" by 9" chocolate sponge with strawberry mousse and fresh strawberries. My husband who is not really a fan of strawberry complained that me and my mum-in-law finished the cake when he only had a slice. Well, have to be faster next time!
