Hello Kitty Birthday cake

My MIL wanted a Hello Kitty (HK) cake for her birthday. I wanted something that is original in design, not the usual HK head cake..so I thought what about HK in a garden, since my MIL loves gardening. And voila, here you go...

And the inside of the cake looks like this ...Vanilla with lemon curd and covered with buttercream
